Stellar Promos was founded by President Hailey, whose career has been driven by creativity, communication, and a passion for developing people. A graduate of Full Sail University with a background in film, she developed a deep appreciation for storytelling and the power of genuine human connection. Those skills became the foundation for a successful career in direct marketing, where she led successful campaigns, developed high-performing teams, and gained valuable leadership experience throughout Long Island, NY’s marketing industry.
Inspired by the impact strong leadership can have on both businesses and individuals, Hailey set out to build a company that reflected her own vision for growth, opportunity, and lasting partnerships. That vision became Stellar, a company committed to creating meaningful results for clients while helping ambitious individuals build rewarding careers.
